Our policy: -Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time the cancellation fee is 50%. -No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service to the card on file. -There is a 15 minute grace period, after that it is considered late and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
